Gap Analysis
We help our clients to bridge the gap
A gap analysis is a method of assessing the differences in performance between a business' information systems or software applications to determine whether business requirements are being met and, if not, what steps should be taken to ensure they are met successfully. Thought this exercise we find the space between "where we are" (the present state) and "where we want to be" (the target state).
When one client asked us to develop a doctor appointment management app called Teledentix, the market was already chock- full of competitors, promising everything from medical appointment on time and right treatment recorded online which can access anytime, anywhere.
We lasered in on a wide-open gap: ZocDoc offered medical appointments, Simpler Practo offered appointment on the go, and Mindster offered health records management, but Teledentix would offer Tele appointments and scheduled appointment with a doctor anywhere in USA—perfect for lifestyle and keeping users addictive.
By comparing the current state with the target state - our development teams can determine what they need to work on to make their performance or results better and get on the right path quicker. We also use the gap analysis process to elevate individual or team performance and look at attributes such as task competency, performance level, and productivity.
