Overview
Think 360 did extensive user research and design this application for long medical treatments like Cancer etc. This web-based application helps the patient to track and manage the personal health data records including the physician appointments and reminders. The application serves with the recording and accessing of lab reports, X-rays, chronic medical reports, and blood pressure information.
The application also features secure messaging for connecting with the healthcare provider. Apart from the clinical data, the patient can also store details such as phone number and address using the application. The unique feature that the app serves is its ‘auto check-in’ service that sends a notification on the cell phone while reaching the doctor’s office.
