What is Business Analyst (BA)?

In software development, business analysts act as the bridge between product development and business stakeholders to create and document product requirements and ensure that product decisions make the business grow.
Business analysis is defined as a disciplined approach for introducing change to the organization through management, processing, and interpretation of data in order to "identify and define all solutions that can maximize the value delivered by the organization to its stakeholders.
Managing projects, developing project plans, monitoring performance, ensuring timely turnover of deliverables, and communicating changes, recommendations, and procedures to business teams. Remain engaged with business leaders to help them understand how changes can impact the goals of the organization.
The primary job responsibility of a business analyst is to communicate with all stakeholders and to detect, analyze and verify requirements for changes in business processes, information systems, and policies.
