Pain-points are any issues, frustrations, problems, or hiccups that a user encounters during a given experience or interaction.

Pain points are persistent problems with a product or service that can cause inconvenience to customers and their businesses. Or simply, they are unmet needs waiting to be fulfilled. Having any type of customer can be a pain point on an individual level or for companies at large.

A pain point is a problem. Your customers may have other specific pain points that your products or services are trying to solve, while your products may have pain points around daily operations or needs. Pain points include any problems the customer may experience during their design journey.

Finding and resolving your audience’s pain points is a great way to standout yourself from the competitiors and showcase your potential towards your customers.
