What is Page Flow?

Overview

Page Flow refers to the arrangement of elements on a webpage suggesting a hierarchy or sequence. It can also be referred to as the sequence of pages or screens user experiences as they accomplish a task.

The Page Flow dashboard card allows you to analyze micro user journeys. Specifically, the previous and next pages can be viewed from a given page.

Additionally, you can see the percentage of page views that were an "entered" or "exit" page, meaning the user started or ended their session on that page. To accurately represent next page flow and site exit, data from live sessions is excluded from page flow cards.
