Overview

A sprint is a short, time-bound period of time when a Scrum team works to complete a specified amount of work. Sprints are at the heart of scrum and agile methodologies, and getting the sprints right will help your agile team ship better software with fewer headaches.

A sprint is a dedicated period of time in which a specified amount of work will be completed on a project. This is part of the agile methodology, and an agile project will be divided into a number of sprints, with each sprint moving the project closer to completion.

A Design Sprint is an intensive 5-day process where user-centered teams tackle design problems. Working with teams to generate expert insights, and ideas, prototype, and test solutions on selected users. Google's Design Sprint is a framework for mapping out challenges, finding solutions, choosing the best, building a prototype, and testing it.
