What is Retention?

Overview

Retention can be defined as the ability to keep or hold. Retention in configuration means that the symmetry of the substrate is the same before and after the reaction.

Retention is used to measure user experience when combined with qualitative data. It reports the percentage of visitors who return regularly. If a company or product has high customer retention, it means that customers continue to use or purchase the product or service. When a company or product has low customer retention, simply means that customers stop buying or using the product or services. For example: If a reactant has an R-(right) configuration and after reacting it maintains its R- configuration. In an SN1 system, the reaction occurs by configuration.
